Parking:
Monday to Friday (9am-4:30pm): BossArts validates parking located in underground lot shared with the hotel.
Monday to Friday (after 5:30), Weekends: Free parking on the street. Pay parking is available across the street.

The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, so please respect other guests' right to privacy and quiet.

We recommend arriving early for your appointment to fully enjoy the experience. Treatments may be adjusted to accommodate the amount of time available for late arrivals.

Cancellations

24 hours cancellation notice is required for all appointments. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are billed at 50%. Missed appointments are payable in full.

Spa Reservations

A valid credit card number or gift certificate number is required to book two or more spa services.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and debit cards.

Privacy

The Spa provides a robe for your comfort and the therapists are trained to drape you discreetly to protect your privacy at all times. However you may wear a leotard, swimsuit or underwear if this would be more comfortable for you.
